SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICIES:

At Jesy Decorations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure prompt product delivery in optimal conditions and have established policies for hassle-free Shipping Insurance claims.

 

CURBSIDE PICK UP

- Please allow 24-48 hours to prep your order from the time it is placed. You will receive a text message to set a pick-up date and time.
- Curbside pickup service is offered Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 500 S La Veta Park Circle, Orange, California. Since Jesy Decorations operates remotely, please pick up your items only after confirming the agreed-upon time.
- Curbside orders not picked up 15 days from the order date will be considered abandoned and will be restocked to be made available for other customers to purchase. If you contact us after the 15-day timeframe, at our discretion, we may issue an online store credit code for 20% of the value of the order. 


SHIPPED ORDERS

- Prices are for orders within the US only. If you would like the products to be shipped anywhere else, please contact us at [email protected], and we will provide a quote.
- Orders ship between the next 24-48 hours after received. Jesy Decorations only ships Monday to Friday.
- Shipping takes 7-10 days after the package is dropped off at the carrier.
- All shipping transit times are estimates.
- If items on your order are out-of-stock, you will be notified. The item can be canceled or replaced.


RETURN POLICY:

- Jesy Decorations does not accept returns UNLESS you received an incorrect product, did not receive the ordered merchandise, encountered a defective item, or experienced a lost package. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, and if an error occurs, we will rectify it with a replacement shipment or issue an online credit code.
- You must file a claim within 24 hours of receiving the product. Jesy Decorations does not provide exchanges, credits, or refunds beyond this 24-hour period.

To request a claim, please contact us at [email protected] with

  • Name and last name
  • Email affiliated to the order
  • Order number
  • List of Items you ordered
  • List of items you got(picture and video of items and shipping box of each)

NOTE: The addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received. The addressee must make this proof available for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.

In the event that Jesy Decorations has doubts as to the good faith of the customer, sender or recipient; Jesy Decorations will reserve the right to open an investigation and to request any parts, documents, or elements allowing to establish the good faith of the customer, sender or recipient. 

- Jesy Decorations is not responsible for late delivery arrivals and does not offer refunds for that circumstance.


ORDER CANCELLATION:

- Please verify all order information: items selected, quantity of items, shipping address, prices and estimated delivery time frames, etc... prior to placing your order as we do not cancel orders, modify orders or exchange products in an order once they are submitted and prior to shipping. 
- In case of an error, accept the package, and if permitted by our return policy, request a return authorization for an online store credit. Use the same claim items mentioned above to submit your claim.


PRICING REDUCTION OR CORRECTION

- Jesy Decorations reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Jesy Decorations website at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
- Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

- Customers are responsible for any duty, taxes, custom requirements, or similar charges associated with importing purchased products and shipping them internationally. When using an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, be aware that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. Your bank or credit card issuer may impose foreign conversion charges and fees, increasing the overall cost. Please consult your bank or credit card issuer for information on these fees.
